This second fact sheet, based on the Women and Public Sector Precarity: Causes, Conditions and Consequences report, applies a gendered, intersectional analysis to the rise and spread of precarious employment in Canada and its impact on diverse women. It also demonstrates the uses of an intersectional approach when seeking to end precarious employment for all women.
