Author(s):

Learning across Indigenous and Western Knowledge Systems and Intersectionality
Year of publication:

Overview

This fact sheet builds on the seven principles outlined in the past fact sheets and how they can be practiced through a variety of research methods. These methods emerge from both Indigenous and Western knowledges, across and beyond Turtle Island. The authors underline that research methods need to be chosen carefully, paying attention to the context and perspectives of those with whom researchers are working, so as not to erase differences by generalizing “Indigenous knowledge.” This fact sheet concludes the series.
