CRIAW-ICREF has a long history of undertaking research, policy analysis and education on feminist intersectionality. Since the 90s, in response to the fact that the experiences of women who faced multiple forms of inequality and oppression were not taken up within the women’s movement, we have continued this on-going process of developing and deepening our understanding and application of intersectionality.
