Our Changing Public Services Project has released a report!!
Ottawa is the first regional cluster from our Changing Public Service project to release their findings!
During 2015-2016, CRIAW held focus groups with women in Ottawa, both users and providers of public services, about what public services they relied on the most, how the services are changing and what is missing or needs improvement. We have compiled our findings into this latest report, “Women and Changing Public Services in Ottawa”.
Our Atlantic, Prairies and Pacific clusters are in the process of compiling their regional findings and we will be releasing those reports in the coming months!
Changing Public Services is a three year participatory research and action project. The partners in this project are: Canadian Research Institute for the Advancement of Women (CRIAW); Canadian Labour Congress (CLC); Canadian Association of University Teachers (CAUT); Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW); Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE): Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC); University of Guelph; University of Ottawa.
