CURA research grant application status

CRIAW applied for a CURA(Community University Research Alliance) research grant in November 2008. CRIAW research will focus on: community transformation as a result of economic restructuring, learning from women’s experiences.

We are happy to share this great news that CRIAW was successful in the first stage of this competition. We received $20,000 to develop the full proposal. If we are successful, CRIAW will receive a million dollars over the course of five years. CRIAW would like to give its sincere thanks to everyone who participated, and everyone who supported this initiative since the beginning.
